Bandana Care

To keep your bandana in the best condition possible, we recommend washing it by hand in cold to lukewarm water with a gentle cleanser. For best results, lay flat to dry. If preferred, tumble dry on low for half the time.

Discounts

We will occasionally have promotions that you can find either on the banner of our website, on social media or via our e-mail newsletter. Sign up to be the first to know! 

Influencer Program

We will occasionally open our influencer search and you can apply then. Follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to keep an eye out for application dates!

Returns & Exchanges

We currently only allow for exchanges or returns in certain circumstances. If you wish to exchange or return, due to COVID-19, the item must not have been removed from the cellophane packaging or worn by an animal. We provide sizing and note that to ensure proper size selection prior to ordering and that designs may vary. If the above is followed and previously understood, we will allow exchanges if there was an error on our end or if a certain item was ordered accidentally. Please contact us if you would like to do either. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

Shipping

Right now we are only shipping to the US & Canada. We are hoping to be able to ship internationally sometime in 2021 (stay tuned!). We do not offer free shipping at this time but will do occasional promotions for shipping (subscribe to our newsletter to get alerts!). Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout. 

Sizing

Refer to our size guide on the product listing and calculate in 3-4 inches on each side to ensure there is enough to tie the bandana on. To measure your dogs size, use a soft tape measurer around their neck or measure the length of their collar with a ruler and add the additional length. Right now we only carry small, medium and large but plan to add more sizes in the future!

Kiwi wears a size small! She is a 1 year old pug and weighs 17 pounds. Its important to look at our sizing guide to ensure you get the right size for your pup.
